Duties include but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
-Assist any guest that come in for appointment/interview/meeting
-Assist guests that come in to pick up donations
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages-be able to use excel spreadsheet
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and office management software
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Morning shift
* Weekends as needed
