They also look out for the safety of customers and stop any inappropriate behavior.

The Arcade Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for all our Arcade guests.
Essential Job Functions:
Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times
Smiling and eye contact are required
Provides accurate information regarding the property and the amenities it has to offer
Develops an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments
Uses that knowledge to answer guest questions and proactively offer information to guests to build relationships and maximize Arcade revenues
Becomes knowledgeable regarding the Intercard kiosk operations to assist guests appropriately and accurately
Actively monitors the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages.
Reports any suspicious persons or activity to Mall Security immediately
Addresses minor game and kiosk issues to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our Arcade guests
Reports unresolved issues to the Supervisor
Maintains a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests
Completes any stock counts or other projects as assigned by the Supervisor
Works with Supervisor to display and maintain redemption counter according to established merchandising standards
Reports any stock or supplies needing replenishment to Supervisor
Maintains a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests
Qualifications:
Literate and fluent in English
Ability to perform basic math skills
Courteous attitude
Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands:
Mobility and dexterity to bend, crouch, turn, and reach overhead
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues
Mobility to navigate the Arcade area
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
The position requires the ability to work in a noisy environment
