Job Details:
Freight Type: Reefer (Refrigerated)
Average Load: 750 lbs
Weekly Pay: $1800-$2400
Starting Pay: $0.
70CPM on all loaded and empty miles (except CA, which pays $0.
75CPM)
Equipment: State-of-the-art 1-2 year old Volvo T680s with APUs and Inverters

Flexible Schedule:
Most drivers run 2-3 weeks with a comforting home time of 2-3 days, but we support staying out longer if you prefer.

Driver Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Class A Regional or OTR experience in the last 3 years
No more than 3 non-major moving violations in the past 3 years
No major moving violations in the last 3 years (e.
g.
, speeding 15+ mph over the limit, improper lane change, cell phone use, following too closely, handheld device violations)
No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years
No more than 3 non-DOT incidents/accidents in the last 3 years
No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
No drivers under the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) program will be accepted, regardless of elapsed time.
No DUI in a personal vehicle in the last 5 years, and only one DUI in a lifetime (never in a CMV).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience driving in the mountains during winter conditions.
