```Job Summary``` We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team.
As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for leading yoga classes and providing guidance to students of all skill levels.
Your role will involve creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants to practice yoga and improve their physical and mental well-being.
```Responsibilities``` - Conduct yoga classes for individuals and groups, focusing on proper alignment and technique - Develop and implement class plans that cater to the needs and goals of participants - Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different skill levels and abilities - Demonstrate proper form and technique while leading classes - Educate participants on the benefits of yoga and promote a holistic approach to health and wellness - Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement - Maintain a clean and organized studio space ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Certification as a Yoga Instructor from a recognized program - Experience teaching yoga classes to individuals or groups - Knowledge of various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga - Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, Kickboxing, Pilates, or dance is a plus - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and create a positive class atmosphere - Ability to educate participants on proper body mechanics and alignment - Experience in program design for different fitness goals If you are passionate about yoga and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, we would love to hear from you.
