Description *Description:* Greenlight Networks’ Third-Party Risk Management and Contracts Specialist is responsible for implementing and overseeing a process for identifying and engaging new, and overseeing existing, third-party relationships as needed to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives.
As part of identifying new third-party relationships, this role is responsible for issuing requests for proposals, performing third-party due diligence, contract negotiation, and on-boarding.
In addition, the Third-Party Risk Management and Contracts Specialist will be responsible for overseeing existing third-party relationships to ensure our third-party vendors and other service providers are meeting the Company’s operational, financial, and risk needs.
This role will be responsible for creation of appropriate policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the Company’s third-party service providers are: * Meeting the quality and performance expectations of Greenlight Networks through appropriately created and implemented service level agreements and other metrics; * Properly identifying and mitigating risk (operational, cybersecurity, compliance/regulatory, financial, strategic, reputational, etc.
); * Billing Greenlight Networks in accordance with agreed upon contractual terms and rates; * Complying with risk mitigation contractual obligations, such as maintenance of insurance or financial security requirements, and providing satisfactory evidence of compliance with applicable laws, as provided for in each contract; and * Properly resolving issues relating to third-party performance or risk events, as they arise.
In addition to third-party risk management, this role will also be responsible for contract management, including: * Assisting in negotiating contracts with third parties to incorporate provisions meeting the Company’s risk, financial, and operational standards; * Identifying and defining standards for critical contractual provisions and relevant stakeholders who need to be consulted in connection with deviations from each standard; * Managing contractual terms, expiration dates, renewals, etc.
; and * Implementing reporting and metrics necessary for business, finance, and legal personnel to evaluate the performance of the parties to the contract.

The salary range for this role is between $93K - $107.
1K - $150k .
The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

com/careers/ Requirements * Ten (10) plus years of experience in Third Party Risk Management or Vendor Management; * A track record in successfully implementing third-party risk management and vendor assessment processes; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; * Exceptional written and oral communication skills; * Strong documentation and drafting skills; and * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $93,000.
