I run operations for a local business but I am in the process of searching for and acquiring a small business in Broome County that I will then be the owner/operator of.

Ideal candidate is someone looking for experience in a private equity style environment, business strategy and operations.
I am seeking an individual that is great with numbers, is ambitious, business savvy, and has phenomenal communication skills.

I have one deal I am actively working on and need general assistance on.
The additional roles and responsibilities would be building out a pipeline of additional deals and working with me until a deal gets closed.
Financing of deals will be through a combination of my personal equity and debt.
