Security and Support Technician

We are seeking a Security and Support Technician to join our TW team! *Responsibilities* * Engage in ongoing acquisition of technical and insurance IT developments.
* Monitor and control assigned cloud, hardware/software systems, and security platforms and tools.
* Lead and participate in the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of new technologies.
* Manage disaster recovery preparedness, including related daily activities and testing.
* Coordinate outsourced resource activities, work schedules, project assignments and related system operations necessary to achieve corporate strategic and tactical goals.
* Provide peer and end-user training on systems and IT processes; provide guidance on operations to others resulting in the resolution of hardware and/or software related problems.
*Requirements* * The security and support technician position requires 2-4 years cloud or infrastructure experience or related educational equivalent.
* The successful candidate will work out of the *Wyalusing, PA office location*.
