Essential Job Duties:

* Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
* Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights into KPIs and budget variances
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and create ad-hoc reports to address specific financial and strategic questions/concerns raised by leadership and stakeholders
* Collaborate with accounting and property management departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts
* Create presentations and recommend strategies to leadership on a variety of business decisions
* Conduct thorough market research and maintain a comprehensive understanding of real estate trends, relevant economic factors and property values in target submarkets
* Assist in the due diligence/valuation of potential acquisitions
* Participate and keep up to date with on-the-job training and continuing education as requested by Management.
Desired Qualifications:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
* Two or more years working in real estate finance or real estate accounting
* Fundamental understanding of real estate and/or corporate valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
* Strong analytical ability
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
* Experience working within the Yardi ecosystem
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and obligations in a timely manager; ability to determine urgency of a variety of issues

Pay: $70,000.
